Content Policy

Document reference: TDOLLS-CONT-v1.0

Issued by: Corestack Digital Ltd

Last updated: March 2026

1. Purpose and Scope

1.1 What This Policy Covers

This Content Policy sets out what content is permitted on the TDolls platform, what is prohibited, how content access is determined by verification status, and how content rules apply across the Platform including Proxima by TDolls.

It applies to all content uploaded, published, transmitted, or otherwise made available on the Platform by any user — including Service Provider profiles, photographs, video clips, live streams, written descriptions, reviews, messages, and any other material.

1.2 Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to:

  • Service Providers — in respect of all content they upload or publish on the Platform
  • Service Users (Clients) — in respect of reviews, messages, and any other content they submit
  • All users — in respect of conduct that generates or shares content

1.3 Relationship to Other Documents

This policy should be read alongside:

  • General Platform Terms — which set out general prohibited conduct
  • Service Provider Terms of Service — which set out provider-specific content obligations
  • Moderation Policy — which explains how content is reviewed and what happens when content is removed
  • Age Verification Policy — which governs how verification status is determined
  • 2257 Compliance Statement — which addresses record-keeping for content depicting adults

2. The Verification Model

2.1 Verification is the Content Gate

Access to adult content on the Platform is governed by account verification status, not by subscription tier. This applies equally to content producers (Service Providers) and content viewers (Service Users):

  • Unverified visitors (no account): SFW content only
  • Registered but unverified users: SFW content only
  • Verified users (age-verified account): Access to NSFW content, subject to provider visibility settings
  • Verified Service Providers: Permitted to upload SFW and NSFW content, subject to this policy

A provider's subscription tier determines visibility, placement, and platform features — it does not determine what content they are permitted to upload or what content verified viewers can see. A verified provider on the free Basic tier has the same content upload permissions as a verified provider on the Featured tier.

2.2 Paid Content — Provider Subscriptions

In addition to the verification-based access model, Service Providers may designate content as paid content, accessible only to Service Users who pay a subscription fee set by the provider, or who make a one-time payment for access.

Paid content access is managed by the provider directly through the Platform's paid content tools. The following rules apply:

  • Only verified Service Providers may offer paid content
  • Paid content is subject to the same content rules as all other provider content — verification status governs what may be uploaded, not whether it is free or paid
  • Paid content access is a direct arrangement between the provider and the paying user; Corestack Digital Ltd facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the content arrangement
  • Pricing, terms of access, and refund policies for paid content are set by the provider and must be clearly stated before a user is charged
  • Providers must not misrepresent paid content — preview material must be representative of the content being sold

2.3 Content Visibility Settings

Verified Service Providers may set the visibility of individual content items as follows:

Visibility SettingWho Can See It
PublicAll verified users (free and paid accounts)
PrivateOnly users the provider has approved individually
PaidOnly users who have purchased access via the provider’s paid content offering

SFW content may additionally be set to public visibility for unverified visitors, at the provider's discretion, subject to SFW content standards described in Section 4.

3. Content Categories

3.1 SFW Content

SFW (Safe For Work) content is content that does not contain nudity, sexual imagery, or explicit material. It may be viewed by unverified visitors and by verified users. SFW content may be set to public visibility by the provider.

SFW content includes but is not limited to:

  • Face photographs and portrait images
  • Lifestyle and location photography
  • Clothed or partially clothed images that do not reveal genitalia, nipples, or explicit sexual content
  • Written service descriptions that do not contain graphic sexual language
  • General profile information including location, availability, and contact preferences

3.2 NSFW Content

NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content is content that contains nudity, sexual imagery, or explicit material. It may only be uploaded by verified Service Providers and may only be viewed by verified users.

NSFW content includes but is not limited to:

  • Full or partial nudity including images depicting genitalia, nipples, or explicit sexual content
  • Sexually suggestive imagery that goes beyond what would be considered SFW
  • Explicit written descriptions of sexual services or acts
  • Video clips containing nudity or sexual content
  • Live streams containing nudity or sexual content

3.3 Live Streaming

Verified Service Providers may conduct live streams on the Platform subject to the following rules:

  • Live streams are subject to the same content rules as pre-uploaded content — SFW streams may be publicly visible; NSFW streams are restricted to verified users
  • Providers are solely responsible for the content of their live streams in real time
  • Live streams must not include any person who has not consented to appear on camera in that context
  • Live streams must not include any person who is, or could reasonably be believed to be, under the age of 18
  • We reserve the right to terminate a live stream at any time if we identify a breach of this policy or our terms
  • Recordings of live streams, where retained by the Platform, are subject to the same content rules as pre-uploaded video content

3.4 Video Content

Verified Service Providers may upload short video clips subject to the following:

  • Videos must comply with the same content standards as photographs at the equivalent content level (SFW or NSFW)
  • Videos must not contain audio or visual material that would breach any absolute prohibition in Section 5
  • Videos depicting third parties are subject to the consent and record-keeping requirements in Section 6
  • Maximum file size and format requirements are specified on the upload page and may be updated from time to time

4. SFW Content Standards

Content designated as SFW and made publicly visible to unverified visitors must meet the following standards:

  • No nudity of any kind, including topless imagery
  • No sexually suggestive poses, props, or language that would not be appropriate in a mainstream commercial context
  • No visible genitalia or underwear imagery in a sexual context
  • No graphic descriptions of sexual services in profile summaries visible to unverified users
  • No content that a reasonable person would consider inappropriate for display to an unverified general audience

Providers are responsible for correctly classifying their content. Misclassification of NSFW content as SFW — whether intentional or negligent — is a breach of this policy and may result in content removal and account action.

5. Absolute Prohibitions

The following content is absolutely prohibited on the Platform under any circumstances, regardless of verification status, subscription tier, visibility setting, or any other factor. Uploading, sharing, or facilitating access to any of the following will result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities:

5.1 Content Involving Minors

  • Any content — photographic, video, written, animated, or otherwise — that depicts, involves, simulates, or alludes to sexual activity involving a person under the age of 18
  • Any content that could reasonably be interpreted as depicting a person under the age of 18 in a sexual or intimate context, regardless of claims about the subject's actual age
  • Any written content that sexualises or romanticises persons under the age of 18

Where the age of a person depicted in content is ambiguous, we will treat that person as under 18 unless the provider can demonstrate otherwise through the record-keeping requirements described in Section 6 and our 2257 Compliance Statement.

5.2 Non-Consensual Content

  • Any content depicting sexual activity involving a person who has not consented to that activity
  • Any content commonly referred to as revenge pornography or non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) — that is, intimate or sexual images shared without the consent of the person depicted
  • Any content recorded or captured without the knowledge or consent of all persons depicted

5.3 Trafficking and Exploitation

  • Any content that promotes, advertises, facilitates, or glorifies human trafficking, forced sexual services, sexual slavery, or any form of exploitation
  • Any content that depicts or describes coercion, force, or lack of consent in a manner that normalises or encourages such conduct

5.4 Hateful and Harmful Content

  • Content that constitutes hate speech — that is, content that dehumanises, threatens, or incites violence or discrimination against any person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • Content that glorifies, promotes, or provides instruction for self-harm or suicide
  • Content depicting real violence, torture, or serious physical harm

5.5 Illegal Content

  • Any content that is illegal under the laws of Gibraltar or the jurisdiction from which it is uploaded or accessed, including but not limited to content that infringes copyright, defames an individual, or constitutes fraud
  • Any content that violates a court order, injunction, or other legal prohibition known to the uploader

6.1 Content Depicting Third Parties

Where any content uploaded by a Service Provider depicts a person other than the provider themselves, the provider must:

  • Have obtained explicit prior written consent from that person to appear in the content and for the content to be published on the Platform
  • Have verified that the depicted person is 18 years of age or older
  • Retain a copy of a government-issued identity document for the depicted person confirming their age
  • Retain written evidence of the person's consent
  • Make these records available to Corestack Digital Ltd or to relevant authorities upon request

These obligations are non-negotiable and apply regardless of the provider's relationship with the depicted person.

6.2 Platform Right to Request Records

We may at any time request confirmation from a Service Provider that consent and age verification records exist in relation to specific content. If a provider cannot confirm that records exist within a reasonable timeframe, the content in question will be removed pending confirmation. Persistent failure to maintain or produce records is a breach of the Service Provider Terms of Service and may result in account termination.

6.3 2257 Compliance

The record-keeping requirements in this section are aligned with the obligations described in our 2257 Compliance Statement, which addresses the requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and its international equivalents. Service Providers should read the 2257 Compliance Statement for full details of their record-keeping obligations.

7. Intellectual Property and Rights

7.1 You Must Own or Have Rights to Content You Upload

By uploading content to the Platform, you confirm that:

  • You own the content outright, or have a valid licence or permission from the rights holder to upload and publish it
  • The content does not infringe the copyright, trade mark, privacy, or other intellectual property rights of any third party
  • You have the right to grant us the licence described in the General Platform Terms

7.2 Copyright Infringement

Uploading content that infringes third-party copyright is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Photographs taken by a professional photographer without a licence to use them commercially
  • Video or audio content that incorporates third-party music without appropriate licensing
  • Content copied or adapted from another provider's profile without permission

We will remove content that we are notified infringes copyright in accordance with our DMCA and Copyright Takedown Policy. Repeated copyright infringement will result in account termination.

7.3 Your Own Image Rights

As a Service Provider, you own your own image and likeness. We encourage you to watermark your content where possible to protect against unauthorised reproduction.

8. Reviews and User-Generated Content from Clients

8.1 Review Standards

Service Users who submit reviews must ensure their reviews comply with the following:

  • Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experience, and not misleading
  • Reviews must not contain sexually explicit descriptions or graphic content
  • Reviews must not contain personal information about the Service Provider beyond what is appropriate in context
  • Reviews must not contain hate speech, threats, or discriminatory language
  • Reviews must not be defamatory

8.2 Prohibited Review Content

The following is prohibited in reviews regardless of its truthfulness:

  • Any content that would constitute a separate breach of this policy if uploaded as a standalone item
  • Any information that could be used to identify or locate a Service Provider without their consent
  • Any content submitted in bad faith, including fake reviews and reviews submitted by persons who have not genuinely engaged with the provider

9. Messaging Content

Content transmitted via the Platform's messaging system is subject to this policy. The absolute prohibitions in Section 5 apply equally to private messages. Soliciting, transmitting, or requesting prohibited content via messages is treated as a breach of this policy in the same way as uploading such content publicly.

We do not routinely monitor private messages. However, we may review message content in response to a report, in the course of a moderation investigation, or where required by law. Our approach to this is described in our Privacy Policy and Moderation Policy.

10. Proxima by TDolls

The same content rules apply across the main Platform and Proxima by TDolls. There is no content that is permitted on Proxima but prohibited on the main Platform, or vice versa. All absolute prohibitions, verification requirements, and consent obligations described in this policy apply equally within Proxima.

11. Content Moderation and Enforcement

11.1 How We Moderate Content

Our approach to content moderation — including how content is reviewed, what actions we may take, timelines, and the appeals process — is described in full in our Moderation Policy.

In summary, content may be moderated through:

  • Automated detection tools that flag potentially policy-violating content for review
  • Human review of flagged content by our moderation team
  • Reports submitted by users or third parties via the Platform's reporting tools
  • Proactive review during onboarding and verification processes

11.2 Actions We May Take

Depending on the nature and severity of a content breach, we may take any of the following actions:

  • Remove or hide individual content items
  • Issue a warning to the account holder
  • Restrict the account holder's ability to upload new content
  • Downgrade a Service Provider's account to the Basic tier
  • Suspend the account pending investigation
  • Terminate the account
  • Report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities

Serious breaches — particularly those involving the absolute prohibitions in Section 5 — will result in immediate account termination and referral to authorities without prior warning.

11.3 Reporting Content

Any user or visitor may report content they believe to be in breach of this policy using the reporting tools available on each profile and content page, or by emailing moderation@tdolls.net.

Reports are reviewed in accordance with timelines set out in our Moderation Policy. We do not guarantee the removal of all reported content, but we take all reports seriously and review each one.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Content Policy from time to time in response to changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, or platform requirements. When we make material changes we will:

  • Update the "Last updated" date and version number
  • Notify registered users by email
  • Display a notice on the Platform

The current version of this policy is always available at tdolls.net/content-policy, tdolls.eu/content-policy, and tdolls.uk/content-policy.
