General Platform Terms

1. About These Terms

1.1 Who We Are

The TDolls platform is owned and operated by Corestack Digital Ltd, a company registered in Gibraltar and trading under the name TDolls at TDolls.net, TDolls.eu, and TDolls.uk (together, the "Platform").

Where these Terms refer to "we", "us", or "our", they mean Corestack Digital Ltd. Where they refer to "you" or "your", they mean any person accessing or using the Platform in any capacity.

1.2 What These Terms Cover

These General Platform Terms ("Terms") govern the access and use of the Platform by all users, regardless of account type. They set out:

• What the Platform is and what it does
• The relationship between these Terms and the other documents that govern use of the Platform
• Our intermediary status and the limits of our responsibility
• Intellectual property rights in the Platform
• Multi-domain and jurisdictional matters
• Our relationship with Proxima by TDolls
• Anti-trafficking and safeguarding commitments
• Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms do not stand alone. Depending on how you use the Platform, additional terms apply:

• If you register as a Service Provider, the Service Provider Terms of Service also apply to you.
• If you register as a Service User (Client), the Service User Terms of Service also apply to you.
• If you access or use Proxima by TDolls, the Proxima Supplemental Terms also apply.

In the event of any conflict between these General Platform Terms and the user-type terms, the user-type terms take precedence in relation to the specific subject matter they address.

1.3 Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the Platform — including the public-facing, age-gated areas available without registration — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account, you additionally agree to the relevant user-type Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, and you confirm that you have read and understood each document presented to you at registration.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of the Platform

2.1 What TDolls Is

TDolls is a European online directory and intermediary platform. It enables independent third-party service providers ("Service Providers") to create profiles, publish information about their services, and be contacted by individuals seeking those services ("Clients" or "Service Users").

The Platform is designed for adults only. Access to content beyond the public age-gated landing experience requires registration and age verification. The Platform serves users across Europe and is available in multiple jurisdictions via TDolls.net, TDolls.eu, and TDolls.uk.

2.2 What TDolls Is Not

We are an intermediary. We are not a party to any arrangement, agreement, or transaction between a Service Provider and a Client. We do not employ, manage, direct, or control Service Providers. We do not provide, supply, or deliver the services that Service Providers advertise.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not vet, endorse, or make representations about the suitability, quality, legality, or safety of any Service Provider or the services they advertise.
• We are not responsible for the conduct, acts, or omissions of any Service Provider or Client.
• Any arrangement you enter into with another user is a matter between those users alone.
• We are not liable for any loss, harm, or damage arising from any meeting, transaction, or communication between users arranged via the Platform.

2.3 User-Generated Content

The majority of content on the Platform — including profiles, descriptions, photographs, and reviews — is created and uploaded by users. We do not produce this content and are not its author or publisher in the primary sense. Our role in relation to user-generated content is that of a hosting intermediary.

We reserve the right to moderate, restrict, or remove content that we reasonably believe to be unlawful, harmful, or in breach of these Terms or our Content Policy. Our approach to moderation is described in our Moderation Policy.

3. Age Restriction and Content Access

3.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is strictly restricted to persons aged 18 or over, or the higher age of majority applicable in your country of residence if that is greater than 18. By accessing the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3.2 Age-Gated Access

Visitors who have not registered and completed age verification are presented with a restricted, age-appropriate (SFW) version of the Platform. Access to the full Platform, including profiles, listings, and any content beyond the SFW landing experience, requires a registered and age-verified account.

3.3 Attempts to Circumvent Age Verification

Any attempt to circumvent, bypass, or falsify the age verification process is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination. Attempts to register using a false date of birth are logged and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

4. The Document Framework

All users of the Platform are subject to the following documents, which together form the complete agreement between you and us:

5. Multi-Domain and Jurisdictional Notice

5.1 Domains

The Platform is accessible via three domains:

• TDolls.net — the primary global domain
• TDolls.eu — serving users in the European Economic Area
• TDolls.uk — serving users in the United Kingdom

All three domains deliver the same Platform and are operated by Corestack Digital Ltd. The content, terms, and policies are identical across all domains unless a domain-specific notice is displayed.

5.2 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar.

The courts of Gibraltar shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction rules that apply to consumers in the relevant territory.

5.3 EU Users

If you are accessing the Platform from within the European Economic Area, nothing in these Terms removes or limits any rights you have under mandatory EU consumer protection law. Where such mandatory rights conflict with these Terms, the mandatory rights prevail.

5.4 UK Users

If you are accessing the Platform from within the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms removes or limits any rights you have under mandatory UK consumer protection law. Where such mandatory rights conflict with these Terms, the mandatory rights prevail.

5.5 Local Law Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform, and any contact with other users, is lawful in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in every location.

6. Proxima by TDolls

6.1 What Proxima Is

Proxima by TDolls is a web application operated by Corestack Digital Ltd that provides additional features, expanded content permissions, and enhanced functionality to verified users of the Platform. Proxima is accessible via [proxima.tdolls.net] and is integrated with the main TDolls Platform.

Proxima is not a separate platform. It shares the same user accounts, age verification framework, and data infrastructure as the main Platform. It is an extension of TDolls, not a standalone product.

6.2 Proxima Terms

Use of Proxima is subject to these General Platform Terms, the applicable user-type Terms of Service (Provider or Client), and the Proxima Supplemental Terms, which address features and permissions specific to Proxima.

Access to Proxima requires full account verification. Features and content permissions available within Proxima may exceed those available on the main Platform and are restricted to users who have completed the relevant verification steps.

6.3 Proxima and App Stores

Proxima is delivered as a web application. It is not currently available as a native application through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We make no representation that Proxima will be made available through these or any other application distribution platforms in the future.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform — excluding user-generated content — are owned by or licensed to Corestack Digital Ltd. This includes but is not limited to:

• The TDolls and Proxima brand names, logos, and trade marks
• The design, layout, structure, and visual appearance of the Platform
• The software, code, databases, and technical infrastructure underlying the Platform
• All original text, graphics, and other materials produced by us

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

7.2 Licence to Use the Platform

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform
• Use the Platform's content or infrastructure for any commercial purpose other than as expressly permitted by your user-type Terms of Service
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Platform

7.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce (for formatting and technical purposes), display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. This licence continues for as long as your content remains on the Platform and for a reasonable period thereafter for backup and archival purposes.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7.4 Trade Marks

TDolls and Proxima by TDolls are trading names of Corestack Digital Ltd. You must not use these names, logos, or any confusingly similar marks without our prior written consent.

8. Platform Availability and Modifications

8.1 Availability

We aim to make the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, technical failures, or events outside our control.

We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

8.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, provided that we comply with our obligations to users under their respective Terms of Service. We will not make changes that materially diminish the service you have paid for during a paid subscription period without giving you the option to cancel and receive a proportionate refund.

8.3 Changes to These Terms

We may update these General Platform Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date and version number at the top of this document
• Notify registered users by email where changes are material
• Display a notice on the Platform

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform. For paid subscriptions, material changes to terms will be communicated in advance and you will have the right to cancel without penalty if you do not wish to continue under the new terms.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

9.1 Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by us. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not endorse, approve, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site or service.

Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms and policies.

9.2 Third-Party Service Providers

We use third-party providers to deliver certain elements of the Platform, including hosting, payment processing, age verification, analytics, and fraud prevention. Our use of these providers is described in our Privacy Policy. We are responsible for ensuring that our third-party processors handle your data in accordance with applicable law.

10. Anti-Trafficking and Safeguarding

10.1 Our Commitment

Corestack Digital Ltd has zero tolerance for human trafficking, forced labour, sexual exploitation, and any form of modern slavery. We are committed to ensuring that the Platform is not used to facilitate, promote, or enable any such activity.

Our full commitment, including the specific safeguards we operate and information on how to report concerns, is set out in our Modern Slavery and Anti-Trafficking Statement.

10.2 Platform Safeguards

We operate the following safeguards to prevent the Platform from being misused for trafficking or exploitation:

• Mandatory age and identity verification for all Service Providers
• Content moderation to identify and remove indicators of trafficking or coercion
• A dedicated reporting mechanism for users and third parties to flag concerns
• Cooperation with law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities
• Regular review of our safeguarding procedures

10.3 Reporting

If you encounter anything on the Platform that you believe indicates trafficking, exploitation, or abuse, you must report it immediately using the reporting tools provided on the Platform, or by contacting us directly at safeguarding@tdolls.net.

10.4 Prohibited Use

Use of the Platform to arrange, advertise, facilitate, or promote any form of human trafficking, forced sexual services, or exploitation of any person is absolutely prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence in Gibraltar and most other jurisdictions. We will report any such activity to the relevant authorities without notice.

11. Prohibited Conduct (All Users)

The following conduct is prohibited for all users of the Platform, regardless of account type. Additional conduct rules applicable to specific account types are set out in the user-type Terms of Service.

You must not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to circumvent or falsify age verification or any other security measure
• Upload, transmit, or facilitate the distribution of any content involving minors in any context
• Upload, transmit, or facilitate the distribution of any non-consensual content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any other user
• Use automated tools — including bots, crawlers, or scrapers — to access or extract data from the Platform without our prior written consent
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful or disruptive code into the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, any user account, or any system or network connected to the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Engage in any conduct that could damage our reputation or the reputation of the Platform

12. Suspension, Termination, and Enforcement

12.1 Our Rights

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, remove any content, and take any other action we consider appropriate if:

• We reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or any other applicable terms or policies
• We are required to do so by law, court order, or direction of a competent authority
• We reasonably believe your conduct poses a risk to the safety, rights, or interests of other users or third parties
• We consider it necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Platform

12.2 Notice

Where reasonably practicable and legally permissible, we will provide notice of suspension or termination. We are not obligated to provide prior notice in urgent cases, including but not limited to cases involving suspected child exploitation, trafficking, or serious harm.

12.3 Effect of Termination

On termination of your access, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution — remain in full effect.

13. Disclaimers

13.1 Platform Provided As Is

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all warranties, conditions, and representations of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13.2 No Warranty as to User Content

We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of any content uploaded by users, including profiles, descriptions, photographs, or reviews. You rely on such content at your own risk.

13.3 No Warranty as to Third Parties

We make no representation or warranty as to the conduct, identity, suitability, or reliability of any Service Provider or Client. We are not responsible for any act or omission of any user of the Platform.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 Exclusions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corestack Digital Ltd shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity
• Damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform
• Damage arising from any transaction, communication, meeting, or arrangement between users
• Damage arising from reliance on any user-generated content

14.2 Cap on Liability

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the greater of:

• The total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or
• €100 (or the equivalent in the applicable currency)

14.3 Mandatory Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Corestack Digital Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your access to or use of the Platform
• Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law
• Any content you upload or transmit via the Platform
• Any claim by a third party arising from your conduct on or off the Platform

16. Miscellaneous

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Service Provider Terms of Service or Service User Terms of Service (as applicable), the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and all other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision on any future occasion.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, provided that your rights under these Terms are not materially diminished as a result.

16.5 No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms do not confer any rights or remedies on any third party.

16.6 Language

These Terms are written in English. Where a translation is provided for convenience, the English version takes precedence in the event of any inconsistency.
