1. How We Keep TDolls Safe
TDolls is built on the principle that everyone on our platform deserves to be safe, respected, and treated with dignity.
This page explains what we do to maintain that standard, what we require from users, and how to get help when something goes wrong.
2. Verification
Every Provider is Verified
Before a Service Provider profile is published on TDolls, we verify that the person behind it is a real adult. Our verification process includes:
- Age declaration at registration — providers confirm their date of birth
- Identity document verification — carried out by a contracted third-party verification provider. Providers submit a government-issued photo ID and complete a liveness check to confirm they are who they say they are
- Review before publication — profiles are not publicly visible until verification is complete
This means that every profile you see on TDolls belongs to a verified adult. We do not allow unverified profiles to be published.

What Verification Means — and Its Limits
Verification confirms that a real, identifiable adult registered the account and uploaded the content. It does not mean we have reviewed or endorsed the services advertised, or that we can guarantee the accuracy of every detail in a profile. Providers are responsible for keeping their profiles accurate.
3. Content Standards
SFW by Default
Visitors to TDolls who are not registered and verified see only age-appropriate (SFW) content. Adult content is only accessible to registered users who have completed age verification.
What's Permitted
Verified providers may publish SFW content (available publicly) and adult content (available to verified users only), subject to our Content Policy. Providers control the visibility of each content item — public, private, or paid.
What's Never Permitted
Some content is absolutely prohibited regardless of any other factor:
- Any content depicting, involving, or alluding to minors in any sexual context
- Non-consensual imagery or content
- Content that promotes, facilitates, or glorifies trafficking or exploitation
- Content depicting real violence or coercion
We use automated detection, human moderation, and user reporting to identify and remove prohibited content as quickly as possible. Accounts found to have uploaded prohibited content are terminated immediately and referred to authorities.
4. Moderation
How We Review Content
Content on TDolls is moderated through three routes:
- Automated detection — we use industry-standard tools to scan for known illegal material including child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- User and third-party reports — anyone can report content using the report button on any profile or content item
- Proactive human review — our team reviews content at key points including provider onboarding and following escalations
Response Times
We treat reports differently based on urgency:
- Illegal content and suspected minors — reviewed within 1 hour
- Harassment and threatening conduct — reviewed within 24 hours
- Other policy violations — reviewed within 5 business days
Appeals
If a moderation decision affects your account or content and you believe it was made in error, you have the right to appeal. We review all appeals fairly, assessed by someone not involved in the original decision.

5. Anti-Trafficking
Zero Tolerance
TDolls has absolute zero tolerance for human trafficking, forced sexual services, and any form of exploitation. We have designed every part of our platform — from identity verification to content moderation to our reporting tools — with this in mind.
Our specific safeguards include:
- Mandatory identity verification before any profile is published
- Monitoring for patterns associated with third-party-controlled accounts
- Immediate referral to authorities on identification of trafficking indicators
- A dedicated safeguarding contact available at all times
If you see anything on TDolls that concerns you — a profile that seems to be managed by someone other than the advertised person, language suggesting coercion, or anything else that feels wrong — please report it immediately.

6. Age Verification
We Take Age Seriously
TDolls is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We enforce this through:
- Age-gating — unverified visitors cannot access adult content or full profiles
- Date of birth verification at registration
- Identity document verification for Service Providers
- Automated detection of content that may involve minors
- Logging of failed age verification attempts
Providing a false date of birth to access TDolls is a breach of our terms and may be a criminal offence. We log and investigate all attempts.

7. Safety Guidance
Practical Safety Information
Our Safety page provides detailed, practical guidance for both Service Providers and Service Users — covering everything from protecting your identity online, to meeting safely, to recognising signs of exploitation.
It also includes a country-by-country directory of support organisations across 14 European countries, with specific resources for trans and non-binary sex workers and LGBT+ abuse support.

All reports are treated confidentially. You will not be identified to the person you are reporting.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We take your data seriously Key protections include:
- All data processed under the Gibraltar GDPR
- Passwords stored as hashed values — never in plaintext
- Age verification data handled with additional security controls
- Users have rights to access, correct, delete, and export their data
10. Transparency
We publish a DSA Transparency Report covering our moderation activity, law enforcement requests, data protection performance, and platform statistics.
