Proxima Supplemental Terms
Document reference: TDOLLS-PROX-v1.0
Issued by: Corestack Digital Ltd
Last updated: March 2026
1. Overview
These Proxima Supplemental Terms ("Proxima Terms") apply to your use of Proxima by TDolls, a web application operated by Corestack Digital Ltd that provides additional features, expanded content permissions, and enhanced functionality to verified users of the TDolls platform.
These Proxima Terms supplement and should be read alongside the General Platform Terms and the applicable user-type Terms of Service (Service Provider Terms or Service User Terms). In the event of conflict on a matter specific to Proxima, these Proxima Terms take precedence.
2. Eligibility
To access Proxima, you must:
- Hold a verified TDolls account (age verification complete)
- Hold a paid subscription tier (Service Providers) or a Premium subscription (Service Users)
- Have completed any additional verification steps required for Proxima access
3. Features and Permissions
Proxima offers features and content permissions that may exceed those available on the main Platform. These include expanded content upload options, enhanced messaging capabilities, and proximity-based discovery features.
The specific features available within Proxima are described on the Platform and may change from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to Proxima features.
4. Content Standards
All content rules from the Content Policy apply equally within Proxima. The absolute prohibitions — including those relating to minors, non-consensual content, and trafficking — apply without exception.
The expanded content permissions in Proxima do not remove or reduce any prohibition. There is no content that is permitted on Proxima but prohibited on the main Platform.
5. Location Features
Proxima includes proximity-based discovery features that use your device's location data. By using these features, you consent to the collection and processing of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may disable location features at any time through your device settings or Proxima preferences. Disabling location will limit the functionality of proximity-based features.
6. Conduct
All conduct rules from the General Platform Terms and your user-type Terms of Service apply equally within Proxima. The expanded features available in Proxima do not create any additional licence to contact, pressure, or engage with other users beyond what is permitted under those Terms.
